Established in 2020 by seasoned HR professionals, DiverseTalent began as a recruitment consultancy focusing on assessing employers’ DE&I commitments before representing them.

However, through collaboration with diverse partners and job seekers, the need for an online platform became apparent for greater user impact.

Ensuring DiverseTalent caters to all, we built in public and had over 170 stellar individuals volunteer their expertise to shape our platform. Collaborating with influential groups like Women Who Code, NIDC, Women in Tech, and Stonewall, we've developed DiverseTalent.ai transparently, ensuring continuous feedback from a diverse user base
