Position Purpose

JOB TITLE: Data Analyst JOB LOCATION: Belfast TERMS: UK right to work required (no sponsorship available) THE JOB To create competitive advantage by analysing data and reporting KPI´s to the key business stakeholders, as well as developing, maintaining and continuously improving systems solutions / software platforms. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Owning the ‘all up view’ of the data programme, managing dependencies and spotting gaps and opportunities Monitor the operational and strategic KPI’s and report to the SMT and board Assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, and routine updates of our platform Any other duties that may be required of the post as delegated by the Head of Business Improvement Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Alignment of data across the business to ensure reporting and data usage is accurate Support projects that introduce new data or use company data for operational and strategic purposes WHAT WILL YOU BRING? Educated to a degree level or equivalent Experience in a similar role Significant experience of information research and analysis Management of work areas or projects involving the coordination of input from different sources Track record of planning and delivering on multiple projects to tight deadlines Fully competent on the full suite of Microsoft applications. Able to work independently and as part of a larger team You will need to have strong experience with the following: Azure Data Lake Azure Synapse Power BI SQL Python Wider knowledge of the Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and DataVerse. Experience preparing data for analytics and following a data science process Good technical knowledge of a range of software platforms, databases and tools Advanced working knowledge of excel Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A desire to keep up with emerging trends Experience working as part of a data analytics team dealing with large and complex data sets PowerPoint skills of a level to produce analysis presentations suitable for stakeholder delivery Highly developed planning and organisational skills and able to work under pressure Fibrus are committed to building a diverse, talented and dedicated workforce.
